Ben Gillin (b. 1983) is an interdisciplinary artist, designer, educator and technologist born in Texas, living in Austin. He has created artwork both digitally and physically since he was a kid dating back to Mac Paint on the Macintosh 512k.
Ben holds a degree in graphic design but nobody has ever asked to see it. He has worked with large companies, non-profits, bands, individuals, and startups.
His personal work often pokes fun at the absurdity and mundanity of the world. On occasion, Ben creates something that stirs up some light-hearted controversy, and if he's lucky, becomes a new category of thing on the internet.
